HOW TO START
Upon arrival, you’ll check in at the front desk where a member of our staff will greet you a full tour of our facility. This is followed by chat where we get to know you, your goals, and make a plan to achieve your unique goals.
Our workouts leave you feeling awesome and looking great. However, we know that getting started with fitness can cause some anxiety. That’s why we created Fundamentals – the proper introduction to our blend of fitness, to ensure that your Day One is just the first of many.
Upon completion of your Fundamentals Program. Your ready to utilise all of our services, from Group Classes, Skills Classes to our Open Gym Programs. It’s time to start ticking off those goals.
We have a team of experienced trainers onsite to help you through every stage of your CrossFit training. Our coaches are CrossFit L1 and L2 certified, holding qualifications in personal training, weight-lifting, gymnastics and much more. We are always ready to motivate and offer advice, our team will inspire and train you to get in the greatest shape of your life!
