PERFORMANCE: Whether your training for a specific Sporting Event or Goal, or simply wish to compete in the Sport of CrossFit – it requires strict compliance to achieving optimal health and fitness whilst working on specific elements to achieve your goals. Our Senior Coaches will work 1-on-1 with you to achieve your Sporting Goals through specific nutrition coaching and individualised programming in addition to unlimited class access.
