What do you enjoy most about CrossFit and CrossFit Box Hill?
The community at CrossFit Box Hill is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging and we all share in each other’s achievements. There is no pretension like you might find in a traditional gym. I love the variety of the WODs and I am the fittest I have ever been – and I have discovered muscles I never knew I had!

What don’t we know about you?
I talk a lot so I don’t have a lot of secrets! Having said that, I don’t generally publicise the fact that my first job was as a pie girl at VFL Park.
What are your Favorite/ Least favorite WOD and Movements?
Favourite movements – burpees
Least favourite – double unders (my aim is to one day complete a WOD with double unders, without ending up with a multitude of welts!)
Achievements to Date
Competing in my first comp – I would never have believed I was capable of that!
To constantly improve and to make sure that I remain fit and healthy enough to keep up with my kids (and I would like to master kipping pull ups too!!)
