INITIAL CONSULT: Meet with our Nutrition Expert who has worked with various individuals (new mums, busy professionals, athletes and grandparents) all whom have the common goal of being the HEALTHIEST they have ever been.
During this consult, we will discuss your current eating habits, your lifestyle, your activity level, and most importantly what you wish to achieve, along with taking some baseline non-invasive measurements.
TAILORED NUTRITION PLAN: A nutrition plan is then constructed to suit your individual lifestyle and desired goals.
PORTION CONTROL: You will receive a portion control tray designed exclusively for CrossFit Box Hill clients to help take the hassle out of building your perfectly portioned meals to suit your goals.
WEEKLY CHECK IN: Each week you will receive an email from your Nutrition Guide checking in with you to see how your tracking and to discuss any changes we need to make to your personal plan along the way.
DEBRIEF: After 6 weeks, you will have another consult to take your measurements to see how much you have achieved.
