Each day at CrossFit Box Hill, we want to track towards your specific goals. We can do that by tailoring each workout to you individual needs.
Each Class is designed with the goal of the athlete in mind and has absolutely no ties to individual ability level. Whether you are a new CrossFitter, or going on your 10th year of CrossFit, it is your individual goals and current fitness levels that determine how we tailor the Class to you.
These subtle, yet important changes to each Class allow us to create the ideal training day for you, while keeping together what we know and love, our exciting group classes.
At CrossFit Box Hill, we encourage you to live your best life. One full of activity and happiness. Our program is designed to match our belief that as humans we should be completing 30min of heart-rate raising activity every day. This is why we only offer an ‘UNLIMITED’ Membership option and encourage all members to workout 5-6x per week.
