WHAT DO I GET FROM MY

Unlimited support from our qualified Coaches, whom are dedicated to improving your health, fitness and well-being
Guidance and knowledge from a coaching team who are committed to furthering their knowledge in functional fitness, enabling them to offer the best training methods from both inside, and outside the world of CrossFit
Support from a community of like-minded individuals who have also decided to accept the challenge, and that being a number on a Gym Membership list, is not enough.
WHAT ARE COACHED CLASSES?
Coached classes are 1-1.5hr classes where experienced and qualified Coaches will be guiding and teaching you on how to move correctly through warm up, gymnastic movements, olympic lifting, Workout movements and cool down/ mobility exercises. If for any reason or limitation you are unable to complete any movement pattern, it is our job as coaches to scale the movement to a progression, that ensures you are able to get the same stimulus at a level more suited to your current abilities.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN
Our facilities and equipment are NOT available at your own leisure. If you want this, then you can do this on the cheap by visiting any franchised gym. CrossFit Box Hill is not one of these Gyms. We won’t just give you a program, pretend to be your friend, and leave you to your own devices. We will be beside you 100% of the way. Our coaching team will ensure you get the maximum return on your training, and that you do so in a fun, safe and supportive environment.
So if your committed to improving your Health, Fitness and overall well-being then check out our Membership Options available to you. All new clients are required to complete our Elements course before committing to any Membership option, regardless of your experience with CrossFit – WHY? Not all CrossFit Gyms are the same nor are their Coaching methods or standards of Coaching. All of our Coaches are experienced and qualified in fields beyond CrossFit and continue to seek new knowledge to stay up to date in safe and effective training practices. We hold our athletes to the highest of movement standards to ensure goals are achieved safely and effectively.
